Questions Buyers Ask Us

Q: What about spare parts and after-sales?
Filters, seals, undercarriage parts, drums, tyres and common components come from our Xuzhou supplier network, and small parts parcels can travel together with the machine.

Q: Can you load in a container or on a flat rack?
Yes. Machines go into 40HQ containers where they fit after folding or removing attachments, otherwise on flat racks or breakbulk. We measure the unit and tell you the option before booking.

Logistics

Machines leave our Xuzhou yard for Lianyungang, Qingdao, Shanghai, Tianjin and Nansha, with inland trucking or rail to the terminal arranged by our own forwarder - you get one freight figure, not three.
